一、教学目标:
1、能听懂、会说、会读单词、词组cold, fever, come to school.
2、能听懂、会说、会读句型This is … speaking. May I speak to …?并能初步运用该句型打电话。
3、能听懂、会说、会读句型How are you? I’m fine, thank you. I’m sorry to hear that. See you tomorrow. See you.并运用该句型进行问候。
4、能正确理解Story time故事,用正确的语音语调朗读对话,并尝试分角色表演。
5、通过学习,引导学生学会关心同学、关心他人。

Step 1. Warming-up
1、 T: First, let’s enjoy a song “Hello, how are you?”
2、 T: Today, we’ll learn Unit 8 How are you? Read the title.
3、 Free talk
①T: Hello, boys and girls.
S1: Hello, Miss Wu.
T:…,how are you?
S1: I’m fine, thank you. And you?
T: I’m fine, too.
T: Hello, boys and girls.(练习2-3组)
②T:Hello,….How are you?
S2: I’m ill。
T: I’m sorry to hear that. Take care.几组以后,相机教学Teach: I’m sorry to hear that.和Take care.
③Work in pairs.
Step 2. Presentation1
1. T: Look at the picture. What time is it?
Ss: It’s eight o’clock.
T: (出示杨玲生病图片)Is Yang Ling fine today?
Ss: No.
T: Yes. She’s not so good. Teach: Not so good. Yang Ling calls Miss Li about that.
Let’s watch the cartoon and choose what’s the matter with her?

T: We can make a telephone call too …. Hello, this is Miss Wu. May I speak to …?

T: How are you?
S1: Fine, thank you. / I’m tired/ill.
T: I’m happy/sorry to hear that.
两组后,由S3-S4. You can call your friend.

1. T: What time is it now? S1: It’s four o’clock.
T: Yes, Yang Ling is ill in the morning. Now it’s four o’clock in the afternoon. Miss Li is worried about her. So she wants to call Yang Ling. If you are Miss Li. What do you want to say?
S1: Hello, this is Miss Li. May I speak to Yang Ling.
T: Hello, this is Yang Ling speaking.
S1: How are you?
T: I’m fine now, thank you.
S1: See you tomorrow.

2. 若有学生说Can you come to school tomorrow?最好,若没有在说完I’m fine fine, thank you.后直接说I’ll come to school tomorrow.

教学反思:
Unit 8 How are you?这个单元主要是通过打电话的形式来询问对方的身体状况。而本单元的重难点也就是打电话时的英语表达和身体状态的表达。在英语里面,当你打电话给别人时通常先要自报家门,并且要用句型This is … speaking,而不能用I am…经过本堂课的学习,学生已经能够较熟练的用英语打电话,被询问身体状况时,也能回答得体。
一、营造轻松和谐的课堂环境
英语课我希望学生能够学得开心,玩得开心。语言的学习通过情绪的强化更加容易被吸收。课堂环境的轻松和谐,一方面我是通过板书呈现,另一方面靠语言的魅力。我对自己这一次的板书设计的要求是美、重难点突出。
二、 创设情境,巧设活动
课堂上,在歌曲导入结束后,在Free talk中我利用打电话的形式,从我口中将打电话用语先呈现出来,给学生一种印象,并且将已学句型融入到打电话中,以打电话的形式来复习旧知,我觉得这是比较好的,为下面的学习也做好了铺垫。在师生间的一问一答中,学生已能很好的理解和感悟,也知道能加入以前学过的句子,调动知识储备。我还通过电话的形式过渡到课文复习和表演环节。
三、 在课堂上有意识的培养学生学习英语的良好习惯
课堂上会听很重要,只有在一定量语言的输入后才会有输出。学生首先要认真听老师说,这个没有什么太大问题。还要认真听自己的小伙伴说什么。为了防止学生在别人发言时有事不关己的心态,我会想方设法提问。譬如一组同学电话打完了,我会提问 Where do they want to go?/ What’s the matter with…那么他们在听时就会思考,抓住一些关键词句。久而久之,学生都能够认真去听别人怎么说,说什么了。
回顾一下这节课,有自己满意的地方,也有自己不满的地方。不满在于自己在课型的把握上有很大的欠缺。满意是对学生的学习效果很满意,很感谢他们能够好好配合。 |
